The room was spacious and clean, which was a pleasant surprise. It had enough space for all my belongings and I didn't feel cramped at all. the staff was very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns I had.
One major downside was the lack of cleanliness. The room was not properly cleaned and there were visible dirt and stains on the floor.

Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel also had several entertainment options that made our stay fun and lively. The food was delicious and it had different options to choose from.
There were a few things we did not like. the rooms were quite small, and the beds were not very comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The lady who checked us in, Valya, was incredibly nice and helpful. She gave us a warm welcome and showed us everything we needed to know. The hotel's location was excellent, and we loved the pool and the outside area of our apartment. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we found everything to be clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel provided us with free parking, which was a great convenience. we had a great experience at this hotel.

The location of the hotel is ideal for those looking to be close to the vibrant nightlife at Cacao beach clubs. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious and well portioned, providing a satisfying start to the day. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, with ample space to relax by the pool.
The hotel staff was rude and unhelpful, hanging up on guests multiple times and refusing to provide necessary services.
